Listed today at Eagle E-Types, Uckfield. Last checked today.
An early 3.8-litre Series 1 E-Type roadster with matching numbers, finished in its original Gunmetal over a Dark Blue interior. After a restoration by Fullbridge Engineering it featured on the cover of Jaguar World magazine in 2007.
Eagle later developed the car further at the owner's request. It now has Eagle's five-speed gearbox with a bespoke propshaft and clutch, upgraded suspension and brakes, and speed-sensitive electric power steering. Other changes include programmable electronic ignition, an electronic fuel pump, Reiger dampers, a stainless exhaust, an aluminium radiator and four-pot front calipers on vented discs.
Eagle says it has known the car for twenty years. It reports 4,086 miles since the restoration was completed, and describes the condition as exceptional inside and out. The dealer says it can be converted to left-hand drive if required.

The maker’s official figures for this model, not measurements of this car (Jaguar factory specification (3781cc XK six, 265 bhp gross); 150 mph and 0-60 figures were from period magazine road tests, not Jaguar, so they are omitted.).
£295,000 since it was listed on 7 November 2026. No changes yet.
