This is a competition-built E-Type in Semi-Lightweight specification, a nod to the factory Lightweights that raced in international GT events. Aluminium body panels, an aluminium engine block with wide-angle head, flared rear arches and removed bumpers cut weight, while triple Weber DCOE carburettors feed the 3.8-litre XK straight-six. It runs bigger brakes with improved cooling and magnesium wheels.
Built by Valley Motorsport for a customer who wanted the ultimate car of this type, it has a strong record: 11th overall at the 2023 Le Mans Classic as the leading E-Type, second in the 2022 Peter Auto Sixties Endurance championship, and a win at Mugello in 2024. The bare aluminium body is wrapped in white, and the cockpit has a carbon Tillett race seat, six-point Schroth harness, Racetech gauges and a plumbed-in fire extinguisher.
Hilton & Moss has recently rebuilt the carburettors and fitted a new dash top, lenses, distributor cap and splash shield rubbers. The engine, gearbox and differential were refreshed by Valley Motorsport with only shakedown mileage since, and the car holds FIA HTP papers under Period F valid until 2030.

The maker’s official figures for this model, not measurements of this car ('Semi-Lightweight' was not a catalogued Jaguar model with published factory figures (these were competition-modified cars), so only basic Series 1 layout details are given.).
