Listed today at Bruce Greetham. Last checked today.
An early W113 230 SL Pagoda, first supplied through Bristol Mercedes in 1965 and kept in the area for many years. It is a right-hand-drive car with an automatic gearbox and power steering.
The car has been restored over three years by two Mercedes specialists, including a full engine and body rebuild. It was refinished in Anthracite Grey Metallic (172) rather than its original colour, and is trimmed in cream parchment MB-Tex with oat square-weave carpets, a black soft top and a white steering wheel. A matching hardtop, painted in the body colour, is included. It was not restored with the rest of the car but is described as in good condition.
It won its class at Salon Privé Chelsea in May 2026. The restoration bills are catalogued in the file and total more than £150,000, and the books and spare keys are included. Mileage is not stated.

The maker’s official figures for this model, not measurements of this car (Daimler-Benz factory data for the W113 230 SL: 150 PS (DIN), 200 km/h. Only 0-100 km/h was published, so 0-60 is null. Kerb weight is null because the sources disagree.).
