The W113 "Pagoda" 230 SL was the first of Mercedes-Benz's SL line to pair a fuel-injected six-cylinder engine with a more practical, easier-to-live-with cabin. This one is a right-hand-drive, automatic car first registered on 1 November 1966, finished in white with black leather.
It has had a four-year restoration, which the dealer says included a full engine rebuild with the fuel injection system. The body and chassis were stripped to bare metal, with rusty areas cut out and replaced. Much of the original chrome has been restored, and the car has a new mohair hood and new carpets. Brake calipers have been reconditioned, and components were powder coated or nickel plated to factory specification.
The odometer reads 28,091 miles. The car was owned in Ireland by one lady from 1998. It comes with a history file from new, including the original Mercedes service book, handbook and wallet.

The maker’s official figures for this model, not measurements of this car (Mercedes-Benz Classic factory data for the W113 230 SL (150 PS, 200 km/h, manual); the factory published only a 0-100 km/h time, so 0-60 is null.).
