Listed today at UK Sports Cars, Wingham. Last checked today.
The Sprint was the final and most potent evolution of the Lotus Elan, and this 1972 fixed-head coupe wears one of its best-loved colour schemes: Lotus Yellow over Cirrus White, finished with gold numbers and decals.
The car has been through a chassis-up restoration that included all of the suspension and the brake lines. The seller reports that it drives and handles as an Elan should.
It is offered with a full service and a current MOT, although a car of this age does not legally need one. Mileage and ownership history are not stated.

The maker’s official figures for this model, not measurements of this car (Lotus period figure: 126 bhp (gross) from the 1558cc Big Valve twin-cam. Weight, top speed and 0-60 left null because the only sources found were period road tests, not factory data.).
£38,995 since it was listed on 6 November 2026. No changes yet.
