This is a left-hand-drive Jaguar XK140 SE fixed head coupe, a car that pairs the XK's 3.4-litre twin-cam six with the more powerful C-type cylinder head. The dealer describes it as a matching-numbers car, with engine code G3282-8S, and it is registered in Belgium with EEC taxes paid.
It has been upgraded for modern roads with front disc brakes and EZ power steering. The fuel system has been redesigned with an aluminium tank, new twin SU carburettors and an electric SU pump. The engine was overhauled, and a new water pump and a Kenlowe fan have been added to help cooling.
The car came to the Netherlands in 2021, where it was restored without any welding because the body was sound. It was repainted in mid metallic grey on red wire wheels. The interior was retrimmed in red leather, with a new headlining and carpets, restored walnut and recalibrated Smiths gauges. No mileage is given.

Weight, top speed and 0-60 left null because the official factory figures can't be confirmed. The XK140 was launched in October 1954 as a 1955 model.).
