This is a left-hand-drive 1953 Jaguar XK120 open two-seater, chassis S674173, one of the last roadsters built before the XK140 replaced the model in late 1954. It has the 3.4-litre twin-cam straight-six with twin SU carburettors and a four-speed manual gearbox.
It is finished in silver metallic with a red interior, a black canvas hood and a tonneau cover. Wire wheels carry Vredestein 185 HR 16 tyres. The car has been adapted for touring and rallying, with front disc brakes, an electric cooling fan, a stainless exhaust, a rally trip meter and an extended pedal box for taller drivers. A new 12-volt battery with a cut-out and trickle-charger connection has also been fitted.
The dealer says all gauges, indicators and instrument lighting work. The odometer reads 6,825, and the page also lists the figure as kilometres. The car is currently European registered, and the dealer can help with UK import and registration.
