The XK120 Fixed Head Coupé arrived in 1951 as the more civilised sibling of the original roadster, pairing Jaguar's 3.4-litre twin-cam six with a steel roof and wind-up windows. This 1952 car is left-hand drive and finished in green with a green interior.
It was supplied new in Los Angeles through the Jaguar distributor Clyde W. King, with Mr H. E. Bauer recorded as first owner. It was later restored to concours standard by Jon Pollock Restorations and shown at a number of concours events. In 2020 it went to an enthusiast in Italy, then into the Houtkamp Collection, before passing to its current UK owner.
The car was prepared for the 2021 Mille Miglia and completed the 1,000-mile route without incident. It shows 67,700 miles and is offered at a price on application. The listing's technical data shows 50 previous keepers, which is a figure to check against the car's paperwork.

The maker’s official figures for this model, not measurements of this car (Jaguar factory figures: 3442cc XK twin-cam straight-six, 160 bhp (gross), 120 mph claim. Weight and 0-60 left null because the period numbers come from magazine road tests, not Jaguar.).
