Compared with 4 other Jaguar E-Type Series III V12 Roadster for sale on Vertar (1971 to 1973). Median £89,995.
The Series III was the final E-Type and the only one with Jaguar's 5.3-litre V12. It also had a longer wheelbase, power steering and uprated brakes, and it was visibly different from earlier cars with flared arches, wider tyres and a cross-slatted grille. Only 7,990 roadsters were built. This 1973 car is a right-hand-drive UK-supplied example with the desirable automatic gearbox, finished in Olde English White over black leather and fitted with chrome wire wheels.
Its history is unusual. The car has been with one family since 2005. It was exported to Australia in 2007 and returned to the UK in 2016. The dealer says it has covered fewer than 31,000 miles, which it describes as likely genuine. Since its return it has been serviced by Powerbell Services.
A Jaguar Daimler Heritage Trust Certificate is included. The dealer says it confirms the original engine and factory specification. The car is said to retain its original white paint, with a tight-fitting hood and an interior in very good order.

The maker’s official figures for this model, not measurements of this car (Jaguar's quoted launch output for the 5.3 V12 (272 bhp, 1971). Weight, top speed and 0-60 left null because the period figures are mostly magazine road tests, not confirmed manufacturer data.).
£64,950 since it was listed on 5 November 2026. No changes yet.
