An early Series 1 E-Type fixed head coupé with the original 3.8-litre engine, built in February 1962 and sent new to a Hertford dealer via Henlys of London. Right-hand-drive cars in Cream over a Dark Blue interior were a rarity: the Jaguar Daimler Heritage Trust records just 11 Series 1 3.8 FHCs finished this way.
The car has been through a major restoration since October 2017, with more than £172,000 spent. XK Motorsport rebuilt the bodywork, chassis, suspension, drivetrain, brakes and electrics, and fully rebuilt the engine. Upgrades are modest and aimed at reliability, including uprated brakes and an aluminium radiator.
Documentation runs back to the late 1960s, and the car retains its original handbook and registration book. It has taken part in Jaguar Enthusiasts' Club events, among them the 2011 Silverstone parade marking the E-Type's 50th anniversary. The page does not state a mileage.

The maker’s official figures for this model, not measurements of this car (Jaguar launch specifications, 1961-62. Power is the gross figure Jaguar quoted at the time, and 150 mph is Jaguar's claimed top speed. Weight and 0-60 are left null because period figures come from magazine road tests, not the factory.).
£165,000 since it was listed on 5 November 2026. No changes yet.
