This 1964 Jaguar E-Type is an early Series 1 car with the 3.8-litre straight-six, restored by E-Type UK in 2019 and built to a fast-road specification rather than strict originality. It is finished in Opalescent Silver Blue with an Oxblood Red interior.
The car was found in a South-East England garage, where it had been stored since 1979. The dry, protected setting kept it largely intact, but E-Type UK still needed extensive metalwork at its Kent workshop. That included full inner and outer floor sections, the bonnet, doors and rear arches.
The upgrades are aimed at modern road use: a 'Fast Road' engine, a five-speed gearbox, a stainless exhaust with a six-branch manifold, an aluminium radiator with a modern cooling fan, and electronic ignition. Cosmetic changes include wrap-around front bumpers, deleted overriders and motif bar, and a vinyl bonnet-mouth surround. A Bluetooth radio and surround-sound audio system are fitted. The dealer says the car has covered less than 2,000 miles since the restoration. No odometer reading or registration is given.

The maker’s official figures for this model, not measurements of this car (Jaguar factory specification (265 bhp gross at 5,500 rpm, 3,781 cc XK straight-six); the well-known 150 mph and 0-60 times come from period magazine tests, not the factory, so they are left null.).
£119,995 since it was listed on 5 November 2026. No changes yet.
