The Daimler 250 V8 pairs the small, smooth Daimler-designed V8 with a Jaguar Mark 2-style saloon body, and this 1964 car is presented as an unusually well-documented example. It is said to have covered just 72,000 miles from new and keeps its original colour and aged blue leather interior.
It was restored over roughly fifteen months in 2013 and 2014. The bodyshell was taken to bare metal with new panels let in and the underside waxoiled. The engine was stripped and rebuilt, the automatic gearbox and torque converter overhauled, and the steering, brakes and fuel system renewed. A Vicarage power steering system was fitted. The dealer reports little over 5,000 miles since completion.
History includes the original service book, MOTs back to 1974, buff logbooks and a maintenance log with receipts. A second file holds the photographic record and invoices of the rebuild. The dealer has supplied the car to its last three owners.

The maker’s official figures for this model, not measurements of this car (Daimler factory figure: 140 bhp (gross) from the 2,548 cc Turner V8. Weight, top speed and 0-60 are left null because the only figures available come from period road tests, not the factory.).
£29,995 since it was listed on 6 November 2026. No changes yet.
