The Chevron B8 was Derek Bennett's 1968 refinement of the B6: a tubular spaceframe with glassfibre bodywork, usually powered by the 2-litre BMW M10 four-cylinder. This example, chassis CH-DBE-38, was bought new by former British Hill Climb Champion David Good and used in national hillclimbs, where it set a class record at Great Auclum. It passed to Peter Lawson in 1969, who also raced it on circuits. Its later life took in Italy and South Africa, where it was campaigned at Kyalami and Zwartkops, before it returned to the UK in 2004. It was restored to its original specification and Good's yellow livery, and has since been raced by Simon Leighton, Nick Fleming and Paul Ugo. In the current ownership it has run at the Le Mans Classic and Goodwood Members' Meeting, and in the HSCC Guards Trophy and Peter Auto's CER 1 series. Pace Products maintains the car and rebuilt the engine and gearbox in 2025. It comes with an OldRacingCars.com historical dossier, FIA HTPs valid to 2032 and a current UK road registration. The fuel cell is valid to 2030 and the seatbelts to 2028. The price is on application.

The maker’s official figures for this model, not measurements of this car (Group 4 sports-racing car built by Chevron Cars, Bolton, using a BMW 2.0 four-cylinder engine. I couldn't confirm any factory power, weight or performance figures, so those are left blank.).
