About this car
This is an early 1969 Triumph TR6, first exported to the USA and brought back to the UK in 2017. It then went through a two-year, nut-and-bolt restoration with the body taken off the chassis and the mechanicals rebuilt. Each part was either replaced or refinished.
The car is finished in Sapphire blue with a leather interior. The engine was rebuilt and run in to 500 miles. Upgrades include adjustable shock absorbers, electronic ignition, polybush suspension and a stainless steel exhaust. Overdrive is fitted. The dealer says about 1,000 miles have been covered since the restoration.
A history file includes a photo album of the restoration. The car was supplied inspected and serviced, with 12 months' warranty. This listing is marked as sold.
