This 1972 Triumph TR6 is a CP-series, petrol-injected car with the full 150 bhp output, which was the home-market tune for the early cars. It is an original right-hand-drive, UK-supplied example and has working overdrive.
The car has had a good deal of recent mechanical work, with invoices on file for much of it. That includes new suspension bushes, trunnions and top ball joints, a new fuel pump, differential seals, a new heater matrix and hoses, and a new fuel injection metering unit, pump and injectors. It has also been serviced and fitted with new tyres, with only a few hundred miles covered since.
Cosmetically it is described as smart and usable rather than show-prepared. It has new stainless-steel bumpers, a new interior trim set of seat covers, dash trim and carpets, and a hood in very good order. The underside is reported as structurally excellent.

The maker’s official figures for this model, not measurements of this car (British Leyland/Triumph published spec for the 150 bhp CP-series PI (pre-CR 125 bhp detune). Weight and performance figures are left null because the commonly quoted ones come from period road tests, not the factory.).
