This is a Japanese-market Toyota 86 GT that has been through HKS Technical Factory, and Motor-Fan featured it as an owner car built to shop demo standard. It began as an automatic, chosen for ease of driving. It was first fitted with an HKS GT supercharger, then changed to the HKS GTIII-RS turbo kit and the 2.1-litre capacity upgrade. The recorded output is 345 PS and 43.0 kgm.
The automatic gearbox is what sets it apart. HKS reinforced it with higher line pressure and clamping force to cope with turbo torque. Other work includes HKS camshafts, an EVC boost controller and suspension, plus a full set of Defi gauges. The car also has VARIS aero and bodywork, BBS RI-A wheels, TRD six- and four-pot brakes, and a Recaro bucket seat with a four-point harness. Navigation and a rear camera are retained.
The car was bought at auction as a grade 4.5 with a B interior, showing 47,075 km. The auction sheet lists it as a DBA-ZN6 GT in silver, with Japanese shaken valid until June 2027. An owner's manual and maintenance note are included, along with extra modified parts. The listing says the car is coming soon, and gives no price.
