Subaru Impreza WRX STI Wagon Version 6 Limited Edition

A Japanese-market Impreza WRX STI Version 6 estate, the GF8 wagon that Subaru built in far smaller numbers than the saloon and coupe. The dealer cites a run of around 500 cars, which makes it a rare way to get STI performance with a practical body.

This example has had major mechanical work. It has a new EJ207 short engine supplied from Japan with no previous miles, now run in, along with a VF28 roller-bearing turbo of the type used in the two-door coupe. The five-speed STI short-shift gearbox and R180 rear differential are fitted, and the engine, gearbox and differential have been refilled with motorsport-grade oils. A new timing belt kit has been fitted.

Inside are the limited edition STI seats, a re-trimmed Momo steering wheel and an STI aluminium gear knob. The car shows 83,000 miles, is described as HPI clear and is shown indoors by appointment.
