This is an early Silver Shadow, first registered in February 1970, and so one of the original Shadow I cars with the 6.75-litre V8 and a rear-wheel-drive, four-door saloon layout. It was Rolls-Royce's first unitary-construction model, and examples like this are among the more approachable ways into the marque.
The car is finished in Shell Grey with a black Everflex roof over a green full-leather interior. Green carpets with rear footrests, green Ambla headlining, dark veneer on the door capping and fascia, and veneer vanity mirrors in the rear are all listed. Equipment includes electric front seats and windows, a front badge bar, rear quarter badges and a modern Sony radio.
The odometer reads 123,000 miles. The dealer says the car comes with its original build sheet and a substantial history file, and describes it as driving faultlessly and in good condition throughout.
