Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow II

This Silver Shadow II, registered EUL 7V, was supplied new in January 1980 through Jack Barclay in London. It has covered 76,000 miles, and more than half of that came in its first three years, when Rolls-Royce Motors at Acton looked after it. The original service book is present, along with later service invoices and MOT certificates.

The history shows a long run of specialist care. After a quiet spell in the 1990s and 2000s, Overton Vehicle Overhauls recommissioned the car in 2012 for over £10,000. The work included a new steering rack, brake hoses, accumulator kits, fuel hoses and pumps. A further £10,000 or so went on it in 2019, with brake system work, new exhaust mountings, an R134 air-conditioning conversion, an uprated starter motor and a major service.

The car was sold in 2020 and has added about 3,500 miles since, serviced by a Sussex Rolls-Royce specialist. It has also appeared in fashion shoots and a music video. The page describes the bodywork and paint as clean and sharp, and the car as largely original.
