Listed today at O'Kane Lavers, Ascot. Last checked today.
This 356 C is the final and most developed form of Porsche's original road car, and it has a well-documented American start. Chassis 130833 was delivered new in 1964 through Competition Motors in Culver City, California, in Signal Red with black leather, and a copy of its original Kardex comes with it.
It was brought to Britain in 2022 from a private collection in Orlando, Florida, and the current owner has modified it for easier use. Changes include a 12-volt electrical conversion, a Super 90 engine making 90 hp, Bilstein dampers, 15-inch Fuchs wheels, a stainless sports exhaust, a louvred engine lid, speedster bucket seats and a Nardi wooden wheel. The four-wheel disc brakes are a notable feature on a car of this era.
In 2025 it received a bare-metal respray in Silver Metallic, an electrical overhaul and a full engine service. The odometer shows 999 km, and the car is in Yorkshire with a history file.
