Morgan Plus 8 Long Door

This is a 2000 Morgan Plus 8 in long-door form, the post-1998 cars that gained a stainless bulkhead and valances along with changes made for European type approval. It has the 3.9-litre Rover-derived V8 and the later R380 five-speed manual gearbox, which gives a slicker change than the earlier box.

It is finished in Metallic Mauritius Blue with stone leather piped in blue, a walnut dashboard, chrome wire wheels, a Moto-Lita steering wheel and blue mohair hood and tonneau. Other equipment includes a galvanised chassis, stainless exhausts and a luggage rack with sidescreen storage.

The car shows 22,750 miles. It was supplied new by the selling dealer to its first owner, who kept it until 2024 with the dealer carrying out all maintenance. A large history folder and a 22-stamp service history come with it, and the MOG number plate is included in the sale.
