The TF was the last of the MG T-Series, introduced in October 1953. It kept the TD's mechanical layout but gained a shorter radiator, revised wings and faired-in headlamps. Rack-and-pinion steering, independent front suspension and drum brakes all round were carried over. Only about 9,600 were built before production ended in April 1955, and most went to the American market.
This 1954 car is one of those US-supplied examples. It has since returned to Europe and remains in its original left-hand drive. It is finished in black with a red trim and is listed with the 57 bhp output of the early 1,250cc XPAG engine.
The dealer says it has had a body-off restoration and describes its condition as excellent. The page gives no mileage, price or registration.

The maker’s official figures for this model, not measurements of this car (Nuffield/MG factory spec. 1954 cars were either TF 1250 (1250cc XPAG, 57 bhp) or TF 1500 (1466cc XPEG, 63 bhp, from mid-1954); engine size and bhp left null until the engine is confirmed. Performance figures came from road tests, not the factory.).
