Chassis 048 is one of the 16 JaguarSport XJR-15s built for the 1991 Jaguar Intercontinental Challenge, the one-make series that supported three Formula 1 weekends. It uses the TWR-developed carbon-fibre tub and a naturally aspirated 6.0-litre V12. The race cars have a six-speed Hewland dog-leg gearbox and a single-seat cockpit.
This car won at Silverstone with Juan Manuel Fangio II. It also raced at Monaco and was driven by John Watson at Spa. The page says it has no history of crash damage. The Silverstone prize, a Jaguar XJR-S showing 600 miles, is included with the sale.
It was supplied new to Lee Kun-Hee of Samsung and stayed in his collection until 2020–21. It then returned to the UK, where Riedling & Mouser recommissioned it, followed by a shakedown at Donington Park. It ran again at the Goodwood Members' Meeting. Price is on application, and no mileage or registration is given.

The maker’s official figures for this model, not measurements of this car (JaguarSport/TWR published figures for the 6.0 V12 (450 bhp). Weight, top speed and 0-60 for the 1991 Intercontinental Challenge race spec weren't confirmed, so they're left null.).
