This is an early flat-floor Series I E-Type coupe, built in 1961 and now set up as an FIA-registered competition GT car. It holds a Historic Technical Passport valid to the end of 2026 for hill climbs, rallying and racing, and runs in the GTS 7 class. It is finished in Opalescent Grey metallic with blue trim.
Colin Percy race-prepared the car in 2002. He had previously owned the original 'CUT 7' and the Equipe Endeavour roadster. Later owners include Peter Lanfranchi and Barrie 'Whizzo' Williams, who raced it across Europe, and John Young, who competed in it with his son at Goodwood and other events. It ran in the 2019 Kinrara Trophy at the Goodwood Revival and has raced at Estoril since 2020. In 2023 it finished tenth in the Moss Trophy at the GRRC members meeting, up from 27th on the grid.
The file includes the FIA/HTP papers, a Heritage Certificate, preparation and maintenance invoices and a run of MOT certificates.

The maker’s official figures for this model, not measurements of this car (Engine and layout are from Jaguar's 1961 3.8 E-Type specifications. Jaguar published no performance figures for an FIA race-prepared car, so those are null. Check the car's FIA HTP and confirm whether it can be road-registered.).
