The 514 was Fiat's medium-sized flagship from 1929 to 1932, built to replace the dated 503. This is the Lusso, with a seven-light saloon body, curtained windows, a fabric interior, an aluminium dashboard and a leather-covered spare wheel on the running board. Its 1.4-litre engine makes 28 hp in a car weighing around a tonne, with a stated cruising speed of 40-45 mph and a top speed of 55 mph. Fewer than 40,000 were built, mostly for Italy, with others made in Spain and Argentina.
The car was restored extensively by its late owner, an engineer and enthusiast who restored the cars in his collection himself. It has since stood untouched for several years in that collection. The paint is described as shiny and the fabric interior as unmarked.
It will need some recommissioning before it runs again: the battery is disconnected, the carburettor covered and the exhaust capped. The car is registered for road use in Italy, with European taxes paid, and can be seen in Padova. The page quotes the price in euros (€35,000), so no sterling price has been recorded. The chassis number is 514 036491.

The maker’s official figures for this model, not measurements of this car (Fiat period specification for the 514 range (1438 cc side-valve four, 28 CV). Weight and top speed not given because I can't confirm the factory figures for the Lusso body.).
£35,000 since it was listed on 6 November 2026. No changes yet.
