About this car
This 2010 Ferrari 599 GTO is the road-legal distillation of the Fiorano-lapping 599XX programme, pairing the 6.0-litre naturally aspirated V12 with 661 bhp and a claimed 208 mph top speed. The GTO's 0-62 mph time of 3.4 seconds and its sharpened chassis tuning made it one of the last great front-engined V12 Ferraris to be driven hard before the turbo and hybrid era took hold.
This UK-supplied right-hand-drive car is finished in Nuovo Rosso F1 2007 over Nero Alcantara, with Rosso tessuto 3D fabric inserts. The factory options list is rich in the details that matter on a GTO: a Grigio Silverstone opaco roof, carbon fibre headlights, door sill plates, under-door trim and dash inserts, an Alcantara headliner, full electric seats, a roll bar, Scuderia shields and a fire extinguisher. Gloss black brake callipers and 20-inch five twin-spoke wheels finished in titanium complete the look.
Only 7,500 miles are showing, which is very low use for a car of this age and character, and it comes with a comprehensive service history from new. With production limited to 599 cars worldwide, and with the GTO now widely regarded as a collectable high point of the V12 Ferrari lineage, a correctly specified, low-mileage UK car like this is a significant proposition.
