The 250 GT Lusso was the last of the 250 line, introduced at the 1962 Paris Motor Show and built in fewer than 400 examples. It combined the GTO and SWB's engineering with a more refined grand touring body, and is widely regarded as one of the best-looking Ferraris of its era. Power comes from the 3.0-litre Colombo V12 with triple Weber carburettors, making around 240 bhp.
This left-hand-drive car was delivered new in 1963. It spent time in a private collection in the 1980s, was restored in Milan, completed three historic Tour de France rallies and reached the UK in 1997 after a Monaco auction purchase. Since 2007 it has belonged to Jamiroquai frontman Jay Kay.
Between 2019 and 2022 Barkaways carried out a ground-up restoration, refinishing the car in its original Nero and fitting a new tan leather interior by O'Rourke Coachtrimmers. It made its debut at the 2022 Salon Privé Concours d'Elégance and now wears full-body paint protection film. It has a matching-numbers engine, two history folios with MOTs and invoices from the 1980s, restoration records, a tool roll, two sets of keys and a FIVA identity card. Mileage is 19,825.
