The S2 Continental was the first Bentley to use Rolls-Royce's all-aluminium V8, and this H.J. Mulliner example is chassis BC55CZ, one of only 71 built to design 7514 in right-hand drive. Each was hand-finished in aluminium at Mulliner's West London works and completed to individual order.
It left the factory in September 1962 in Caribbean Blue with blue-grey leather. It was supplied through H.R. Owen to a Mrs M. Herbert-Jenkins of Brockenhurst, Hampshire. The page lists matching numbers and 8,063 miles on the odometer.
The history describes regular use in a London collection, with maintenance by Frank Dale & Stepsons that included a full engine rebuild. A later owner added a cream interior with matching carpets. The original factory build sheets, the correct tools and invoices for past and recent work come with the car.

The maker’s official figures for this model, not measurements of this car (Bentley/Rolls-Royce engine specification (6230cc L-series V8). Bentley never published power output ("adequate"), and weight and performance varied by coachbuilt body, so those are left null.).
