This 1977 Aston Martin V8 was built in September 1977 for distribution by Aston Martin (Sales) and left the factory in Storm Red over Magnolia leather. It was specified with automatic transmission, overriders, detachable headrests, a lockable centre armrest, rear fog lamps, side marker lights, rear mud flaps and a manual aerial switch.
What sets it apart is its 1988 conversion at Newport Pagnell. Aston Martin gave it a Vantage-inspired look with flared arches, widened side skirts, front and rear spoilers, auxiliary driving lights and a Vantage grille blank. The work came with a respray in Kent Green and new BBS alloy wheels. The interior is still Magnolia.
The car has 82,578 miles and has had its current owner since 2004. Invoices show regular servicing by marque specialist RS Williams in that time.
