Subaru WRX STI

This 2016 Subaru WRX STI (VAB) is a Japanese-market car that has been taken well beyond standard by Super Autobacs Kyoto A PIT. The work centres on a Tomei 2.2-litre EJ20 stroker engine with forged internals, an HKS GTIII-RS turbo kit and HKS F-CON iS management, in a build quoted at 450 PS or more.

The supporting parts are as serious: an Exedy carbon twin-plate clutch, Cusco rear LSD, a seven-point roll cage, Endless Zeal coilovers and Endless Racing Mono six-pot front brakes. Outside, a full Varis aero kit and a Voltex carbon GT wing complete the car, with Recaro bucket seats inside. The engine capacity and suspension arms are said to be officially certified in Japan.

It shows 3,874 km (about 2,407 miles), with fewer than 3,000 km since the build. It has one owner from new, an auction grade of 4 and no accident history. The meter was replaced at 8 km in 2017, with a dealer record. The service book, records, warranty, manual and two smart keys come with it. A deposit has been taken, and the dealer says it will be serviced and dyno checked before handover.
