The Spec C was Subaru's lightened, more focused take on the Impreza WRX STI, built for the Japanese market with competition in mind. This 2005 Hawkeye-generation car is a full JDM import, and it shows the factory rally-style roof vent that marks the model out.

Under the bonnet is the 2.0-litre EJ20 turbo flat-four, fitted with ported and polished cylinder heads, a VF36 twin-scroll roller-bearing turbo and a water spray for the intercooler.
