Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud I P.A.S.

This 1959 Silver Cloud I is a power-assisted steering example, finished in Pacific Green. The paint has been resprayed at some point in the original colour, and the underside is reported to show no major corrosion after a life spent garaged.

Its history is unusually well told. The second owner, from 1961, was Norman Holbrook, the Royal Navy officer who won the Victoria Cross as a submariner in the First World War. His widow, Gundula, kept the car for decades before gifting it to the family friend who managed her estate. It passed to the current owner in 2016 and has been kept in conditioned storage, with regular outings to Goodwood.

The grey leather shows some wear and the dealer suggests a re-dye, though it is described as serviceable and free of tears. Picnic tables are fitted to the seat backs and the tool kit is mostly complete. The car is due to arrive with the dealer at the end of July, when it will be serviced. It is described as original and in good driving order, with a continuous history. Mileage is not stated.
