The Phantom III was Rolls-Royce's only pre-war V12, and this 1937 car wears a sports saloon body by Thrupp & Maberly, with a division between the front and rear compartments. The dealer notes it is unusually roomy up front for taller drivers.
The paint is black and described as in good order. The front is retrimmed in new blue leather with blue carpets and lighter woodwork, while the rear has grey West of England cloth and a newly fitted pale grey headlining. The electric division and fold-out rear picnic tables remain.
Mechanically, the engine was rebuilt by Phantom III specialist John Little a couple of thousand miles ago. A non-standard carburettor is fitted for easier starting and a little extra performance. The car is UK-registered as DT9343, chassis 3-CP-150. No mileage is stated.

The maker’s official figures for this model, not measurements of this car (Rolls-Royce Phantom III chassis specification (7.3-litre V12). Rolls-Royce never published power figures (only called them 'sufficient'). Weight and performance depended on the Thrupp & Maberly coachwork, and no factory figures exist for them.).
£115,000 since it was listed on 5 November 2026. No changes yet.
