Chassis 32MS is one of about 280 Phantom II Continentals built, wearing a Carlton drophead coupe body. It was first ordered by the Duke of Sutherland and passed through two owners before Henry Wilkins bought it in 1957. A later spell in America saw the rear of the body reshaped, with the spare wheel moved to the back in Continental style and the luggage space enlarged.
