This 1922 Silver Ghost carries chassis number 35RG, from the P series of 40/50 HP production. The RG run of chassis numbers covered 1 to 43, and only six are known to survive.
The narrow, open London to Edinburgh style body was fitted in 1975 by Wilkinsons of Derby. It recreates the look of the 1913 tourers that the model was famous for. The car keeps its original Bournemouth-issued registration, EL1743. It is finished in midnight blue with buttoned beige hide seats, and has a recent hood and a full-length tonneau cover.
The car comes from a private overseas collector, who keeps it stored in the UK and uses it sparingly on rallies. It has completed a number of Rolls-Royce long-distance events, including a re-enactment of the London to Edinburgh run in top gear only. The dealer reports that the last bill was in the region of £16,000, and a history file is available to view.

The maker’s official figures for this model, not measurements of this car (Historical Rolls-Royce specifications (7,428 cc six, Derby-built chassis); Rolls-Royce never published power (only 'adequate'), and there are no confirmed factory weight or performance figures for 1922.).
