About this car

This is a 2008 Porsche 911 Carrera 2 coupe from the final stretch of the first-generation 997. Cars of this date have the larger IMS bearing as standard, which matters to anyone wary of the earlier M96/M97 engines. It is a manual car with 55,000 miles on the odometer.

The engine has just been rebuilt by the dealer. On arrival it was found to have scoring in the number six cylinder, which was not severe but would eventually have needed attention. The car is described as having a full service history.

Finished in black with a black hide interior, it has PASM, a sports exhaust with twin pipes, 19-inch Classic alloys, heated sports seats, cruise control and park assist. A non-dating registration number stays with the car.
