Nissan GT-R HKS Kamikaze-R

This R35 GT-R was built by HKS Technical Factory and fitted with Varis's Kamikaze "Supersonic" widebody, making it one of the more extreme tuner-built GT-Rs to come out of Japan. It is a genuine HKS project rather than a car with bolt-on parts.

The engine has recently been taken to 4.3 litres with HKS's Step 3 capacity kit, which includes forged pistons, H-section rods and a billet crank. The work was done about 2,000 km ago. It also has a GT1000+ turbine kit, larger injectors and fuel pumps, and an HKS-reinforced gearbox with a DCT oil cooler. Quoted output is 1000 PS, with 120 kgm of torque.

The chassis and cabin are set up for circuit use. They have HKS Hipermax IV coilovers, Endless six-piston front brakes, 12J ADVAN Racing GT wheels, a carbon bootlid and a Varis GT wing. Inside are a Recaro bucket seat, a four-point harness and a Saito roll cage. The odometer shows approximately 27,000 km, which is about 16,800 miles. The car is on its way to the UK and is already reserved.
