Morgan Aero Coupe

The Aero Coupe added a fixed roof and a usable boot to Morgan's aluminium-chassis Aero line, and it was built in very small numbers. This is car number 23 of just 38, and it began life as the factory demonstrator before passing to a Morgan enthusiast who was already a customer of the selling dealer.

Power comes from the later 4.8-litre BMW V8, rated at 362 bhp, paired with a paddle-shift automatic gearbox and side-exit exhausts. Morgan's figures for this engine are 0-60mph in about 4.5 seconds and a top speed of 170mph.

The car is finished in metallic Mercedes Tektitgrau with black leather and suede trim. Options include 19-inch Aeromax wheels, paint protective film, heated seats, red calipers and an upgraded speaker system with subwoofer. It has covered 22,354 miles with two owners and a ten-stamp service history with folder. The 'Aero' number plate is included if the car is sold in the UK.
