Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren Stirling Moss

The SLR McLaren Stirling Moss was the last act of the Mercedes-Benz and McLaren collaboration: a roofless, windscreenless speedster limited to 75 cars, offered only to existing SLR owners. It nods to the 300 SLR that Moss drove to victory in the 1955 Mille Miglia.

Power comes from the hand-built, AMG-sourced 5.5-litre supercharged V8, producing 650 bhp and 820 Nm and driving the rear wheels through a five-speed automatic. The carbon fibre body sheds roughly 200 kg against the SLR coupe, which the page links to a 0-62 mph time of 3.5 seconds and a 217 mph top speed.

This left-hand-drive car is finished in Crystal Laurite Silver Metallic over a 300SL Red & Black leather interior with red contrast stitching and carbon-backed racing seats. It has silver 19-inch wheels and calipers, chrome side-exit exhaust tips and tonneau covers for both seats.
