Mercedes-Benz S123 300TD

A one-owner S123 300TD estate, supplied new in 1984 by Lancaster Europa in Sheffield and kept by the same man near Doncaster ever since. It is the naturally aspirated five-cylinder diesel with a five-speed manual gearbox, a combination that is uncommon in right-hand drive and rarer still in a car this well preserved.

It shows 38,000 miles and is finished in Champagne Metallic 473 with a Palomino MB-Tex interior. The page says the paint is original and the carpets are new. Equipment includes power steering, four electric windows, a manual sunroof, Zebrano wood trim, green heat-insulated glass, a loading net and a rear luggage blind.

History is unusually complete. The car has its service book with dealer stamps, later in-house maintenance from the owner's haulage business, all the books and spare keys, and MOT certificates since new. It has had cavity wax injection since new, and the dealer says it will be sold with new tyres, a full service and an underbody wax coating.
