About this car
The Range Rover Sport SV Edition One is Land Rover's most committed performance SUV to date, and this 2024 example is specified about as well as they come. Finished in Flux Grey with the 23-inch gloss carbon fibre wheels and carbon ceramic brakes — the two options that together shed around 70 kg of unsprung weight and unlock the 3.6-second 0–62 time — it also carries the gloss exposed carbon fibre bonnet, making it one of the more striking and dynamically focused examples on the market. At just 5,608 miles, it is barely run-in, and Land Rover manufacturer warranty runs until March 2027.
Power comes from a 4.4-litre BMW-derived twin-turbo V8 producing 626 bhp, channelled through an eight-speed ZF automatic to all four wheels. The engineering underneath is genuinely interesting: a world-first hydraulic active suspension system keeps body roll dramatically in check while saving weight over a conventional air setup, and an SV-specific drive mode opens the exhaust valves, sharpens steering weighting, and activates launch control — a first for the nameplate. Interior specification runs to Ebony and Light Cloud leather, illuminated SV Edition One treadplates, Meridian 3D surround sound, soft door close, and a 13.1-inch touchscreen with full connectivity.
The Edition One designation marks the highest-specification launch variant of the SV, and finding one with the full carbon package — wheels, brakes, and bonnet — is increasingly rare as stock dwindles. UK-supplied, with the key options already fitted from new.
