The Jensen FF was the first production road car with four-wheel drive and Dunlop Maxaret anti-lock brakes, years ahead of the Audi Quattro. This Mk I was supplied new by Jensen Motors in October 1968 to Mann Egerton in Leicester and has a V8 engine and red leather interior.
Its history file is extensive. It includes copy buff logbooks covering the 1970s and 1980s, and invoices for an engine rebuild in 1987 and further work at Jensen Motors in West Bromwich in 1988, when the odometer read 54,200 miles. A restoration in the early 2000s was followed by another round of work from 2014. That included an underbody and suspension overhaul, a repaint and a top-end engine overhaul.
The mileage is given as a little under 60,000, with under 1,500 miles since the 2014 work. The car was recently owned by a well-known Jensen specialist, and the dealer has supplied its last two owners.
