Listed today at William Loughran, Preston. Last checked today.
The XK150 was the last of Jaguar's XK line, wider in the grille and roomier inside than the XK120 and XK140 before it. This is an SE drophead coupé, the middle tier of the range, with the 3.4-litre twin-cam straight-six in 210 bhp form. Only 662 drophead coupés were built, which makes it one of the rarer ways to own one.
Supplied new through Ritchies of Glasgow in November 1958, the car has had two owners. A Jaguar Heritage Certificate confirms it is a matching-numbers car, delivered with a manual gearbox and overdrive. It was used until the end of 1969, then stored until it was sold in 2014.
The second owner commissioned a full nut-and-bolt rebuild, which took two years and was finished in 2016. It is finished in Black with a red leather interior and black hood, shows 32,599 miles, and comes with a full tool kit, the original jack, grease gun and tyre inflator.

The maker’s official figures for this model, not measurements of this car (Jaguar factory figures for the XK150 SE 3.4 (210 bhp gross); other period figures come from magazine road tests rather than the factory, so they are null.).
