Jaguar XK150 FHC

This 1959 XK150 fixed-head coupe is a right-hand-drive car with the 3.4-litre engine and a four-speed manual gearbox with overdrive. It is finished in blue over a grey interior. The XK150 was the last of Jaguar's XK sports cars before the E-Type, and it was the most comfortable and best-equipped of the line.

The car was restored in the late 1990s. Since then it has been modified for regular use, and most of the work was done by Jaguar specialists Twyford Moors. Changes include power steering, electronic ignition, an alternator with negative-earth conversion, and an electronic fuel pump. The radiator has been re-cored and fitted with an electric fan. The suspension has Spax adjustable dampers, an uprated anti-roll bar and poly bushes. The car also has a stainless-steel exhaust, inertia-reel seatbelts and a Moto-Lita steering wheel, with the original wheel kept.

A major service in December 2025 covered new or refurbished hubs and ball joints, a clutch cylinder, a propshaft universal joint and fresh brake fluid. Uprated front brake calipers were fitted in April 2026. The page does not give a mileage, but it lists an extensive history file.
