This 1971 Jaguar E-type Series 3 is powered by the 5.3-litre V12 that defined the final generation of the model. It began life as a US-market 2+2 and was later exported and converted to an open two-seater (OTS), a conversion that changes the character of the car considerably from the longer, closed-roof original.
It is finished in Old English White with Jaguar black trim and sits on deep-dish wire wheels. The engine was rebuilt in 2010, and the car was reconditioned by recognised restoration specialists and prepared by E-Type UK. A period-styled modern radio with Bluetooth, hands-free and uprated speakers has been fitted.
The page quotes 6,700 miles, with fewer than 7,000 covered in the last 15 years. The listing does not give a registration, owner count or gearbox.

The maker’s official figures for this model, not measurements of this car (Jaguar 1971 launch figures: 5343cc SOHC V12, 272 bhp gross (SAE) at 5850 rpm. Weight not given because it depends on body (Open Two-Seater vs 2+2). The top speed and 0-60 figures in circulation come from period magazine road tests, not from Jaguar, so they are left out.).
