This is a 1969 Jaguar E-Type Series 2 convertible with the 4.2-litre straight-six. The Series 2 brought better lighting, brakes and cooling than the Series 1, along with a improved gearchange and more comfortable seats, so it is a sensible choice for anyone who wants to drive an E-Type rather than just look at one.
The car was restored some years ago and, according to the dealer, has been very little used since. Body, paint and engine were all overhauled, and the mechanicals were rebuilt at the same time. It is finished in Signal Red, the colour it wore when new, with new black leather, carpets and door cards inside. The hood is described as free of tears and scuffs.
The page gives no mileage, owner count or service history beyond the restoration. It also shows two registrations (JSK716 and HHC539H), so check which one the car carries. The chassis number is 1R12130.

The maker’s official figures for this model, not measurements of this car (Jaguar's published UK-spec figures (triple SU carburettors, 265 bhp gross at 5,400 rpm; US Stromberg cars were rated lower). No factory weight, 0-60 or top-speed figure confirmed for the Series 2 roadster, so these are null.).
£95,000 since it was listed on 6 November 2026. No changes yet.
