Ford Escort RS Turbo

The Escort RS Turbo was Ford's homologation special for Group A rallying. Ford planned 5,000 cars to meet the rules but built 8,604, with about 5,000 coming to the UK through Rallye Sport dealers. This is a 1985 car in Diamond White, the colour almost all of them wore, and it is front-wheel drive with a 1.6-litre turbocharged engine and a manual gearbox.

The car has covered 64,466 miles. The dealer describes it as being in concours condition throughout and says a detailed history binder documents the work done to bring it to that standard. The page doesn't give owner numbers or a power figure.
