Ferrari 308 GTS Auto Milan Recreation

This is not a genuine Ferrari but an Auto Milan recreation of the 308 GTS, built in 1998 and registered on its V5 as a 308 GTS. It uses a multi-tube steel frame with a one-piece glass-fibre body, and Ford Escort XR3i donor components throughout.

Power comes from a 1.9-litre CVH engine with twin 40 Dellorto carburettors, producing 145 bhp, driving the rear wheels through a five-speed manual gearbox. The car is finished in Rosso Corsa with a Crema hide interior and red carpets, and it has covered 14,152 miles.

Recent work includes fully adjustable LEDA suspension and a rewire, and genuine Ferrari Crema leather seats have been fitted since the photographs were taken. The dealer describes it as the only one it knows of available in the UK. The page shows an MOT to May 2022.
