This is an early 308 GTS, built in 1978 with the four twin-choke downdraught Weber carburettors that were later superseded by fuel injection. It was supplied new to the USA and has factory air conditioning. It is currently registered in the EU.
The 3.0-litre V8 is paired with a five-speed manual gearbox, and the car shows 75,992 miles. The dealer says the cambelt service has recently been done. The car has been resprayed in black, though the dealer has no records for that work. The grilles, slats, chin spoiler and mirrors, normally matt black, are painted in body colour.
Several changes set it apart from a standard car. It has a quad-exit exhaust in the style of the later QV, red brake calipers, restored wheels with silver rims and black centres, and new leather on the dash top and knee roll. It also has a new boot cover and a re-trimmed steering wheel. The interior is beige. The chassis number is F106AS23829, and the car is currently under offer.

The maker’s official figures for this model, not measurements of this car (Ferrari historical model data, European carburettor spec (255 CV at 7700 rpm, 252 km/h). Weight and 0-60 left null because Ferrari quoted dry weight and no 0-60 figure.).
