This 308 GTS is a right-hand-drive, carburettor-fed car from 1978, one of only 184 RHD examples built. Just six RHD cars left Maranello in this combination of metallic Argento Auteuil silver over blue leather, and it was first owned by Tony Banks of Genesis.
In 2016 it was restored by GTB Restorations of Suffolk at a cost of around £46,000. The work included a bare-metal respray in the original silver, retrimmed interior in original materials, restored wheels and a full engine rebuild with solid race valves. Original Carello headlamps, Ferrari-labelled windscreen and correct vinyl on the targa top were kept or refitted.
It shows 59,000 miles and has seven previous keepers. A detailed service history runs from 1987 to December 2025, with the latest service and cam-belt change done by Grimaldi at 57,547 miles. The history file includes the original sales invoice and a photographic record of the restoration. The car is now sold.

The maker’s official figures for this model, not measurements of this car (Ferrari historical model data, European carburettor spec (255 CV at 7700 rpm, 252 km/h). Weight and 0-60 left null because Ferrari quoted dry weight and no 0-60 figure.).
